Place an Order

 

You may e-mail me (orders@FlipFlopEmbroidery.com) or call (813-244-2256) with your order.  The nature of this business is custom and personal. I would like to speak with you directly or through e-mail to understand what your needs are. 

 

Items usually ship within 7 days of payment.  Larger orders may take longer.  Arrangements may be made for rush orders.  A rush charge may be assessed depending on the size of the order.

 

 Please send me an e-mail or call me with any questions and we can work together to create something perfectly personal!

 

 

Payment

 

Once your order is placed and payment is processed, I will put your order into production.  I accept PayPal, credit cards, cash or personal check.  Because each item is “made to order”, I will not begin your order until payment has cleared.  Click on the “Pay Now” button to use PayPal or credit cards.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shipping

 

Unless other arrangements are made for shipping, I will use USPS Priority Flat Rate.  Depending on the size of the order, shipping rates will range from $5.00-$13.00.  I will notify you of your total, including shipping, after I receive your order.

 

 

Refunds

 

Please be sure of the fonts and colors, and double check your spelling when you place your order.  I want you to LOVE your custom order.  If I misspell something, due to my error, I will replace the item or refund your money.  If you misspell a name when you place your order, I will feel REALLY bad for you, but I still must charge you.  Refunds will only be issued in the event of defects or an error on my part. 

 

It is always my intention to deliver high quality items, and offer excellent customer service.  If you are not happy for any reason, please discuss your concerns with me and I will always do my best to work something out.
