Place Your Order

Please be as specific as possible with your order. If you have specific requests it is recommended that you either comment within your order, e-mail us at info@flipflopembroidery.com, or call us to discuss at 813-474-3547. Returns will not be issued because of lack of clarity with the order. We will assume that you are ordering your products just as shown if we do not receive notification otherwise.

Production Time

Most items will ship within 2 business days of your order. Changes or customization will add to production time. If you need your order rushed, please contact us directly to see if it is possible to meet your deadline. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled, as it is considered a custom order. If we have not started your order, we will gladly refund your payment upon request.

Payment

Payments will be processed through PayPal. You DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PayPal ACCOUNT! Although there may eventually be an option to log into your PayPal account if you have one, for now you will enter your credit card information (as a guest). Flip Flop Embroidery Shoppe, LLC does not retain credit card information.

Shipping

We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. See below for shipping to the 50 U.S. states (subject to change without notice).

  • Orders under $100 = $3.00
  • Orders $100 - $300 = $6.50
  • Orders over $300 = $15.00

Caring For Your Rhinestone Apparel

It is always recommended to machine wash rhinestone garments, cold temperature, inside out, and line dry to extend the life of the custom shirt.

Returns/Refunds

Please be sure of fonts, colors, sizes, shirt styles and DOUBLE CHECK your spelling when you place your order. We want you to LOVE your custom order. Remember, for monogramming, we will sew it out in the order you type it. If you type SEL, the "E" will be the largest letter in the center of the monogram.

If we misspell something we will replace the item or refund your money. If you misspell a name when you place your order, we will feel REALLY bad for you, but we still must charge you. Refunds will only be issued in the event of defects or an error on our part.

It is always our intention to deliver high quality items, and offer excellent customer service. If you are not happy for any reason, please discuss your concerns with us and we will always do our best to work something out.

Indemnity Clause: Clients guarantee they have legal rights to use all marks, logos, words, symbols, designs or art as their submitted artwork. Clients also agree to indemnify and hold Flip Flop Embroidery Shoppe, LLC. and its agents, officers, representatives and employees harmless for all damages as well as attorney's fees spent with regard to any and all legal actions which result from the production of any artwork submitted by said client.
